In 2006, Kelso Coatings obtained exclusive distribution rights for the CN2000 crystalline waterproofing system in Canada. Due to Kelso’s positive track record and relationship with the manufacturer, in 2014, Kelso was offered distribution rights for North America, and in 2019 after over a decade of working with the manufacturer and developing a respectful and successful business partnership, Kelso was awarded the exclusive global distribution rights for CN2000. Brought to market in 2007, CN2000 is recognized as a superior crystalline waterproofing system for concrete structures. This solution can be applied from the positive or negative side of a concrete structure, which in turn has proven to be extremely cost-effective for our customers.

As a result of Kelso’s rapid growth, we have entered into a sales and distribution agreement with SOPREMA. Joining forces with a world-renowned company such as SOPREMA, will provide us with the opportunity to expand our reach to new and global markets. This agreement will also allow us to deploy our range of waterproofing products for concrete structures on a much larger scale. SOPREMA is an international manufacturer specializing in the production of innovative products for waterproofing, insulation, soundproofing and vegetated solutions for the roofing, building envelope and civil engineering sectors. Founded in 1908 in Strasbourg, France, SOPREMA now operates in over 90 countries.

After building commercial aircraft for 18 years, Ron Langdana knew he had more to offer and decided to enter the construction industry as an independent contractor. After his first year in business and setting up the various trades, Ron was responsible for completing multi-million dollar construction projects on time and on budget. These accolades gave Ron significant recognition and respect in the industry.

Through Ron’s strong circle of relationships, Ron was offered exclusive rights to distribute CN2000® throughout Canada. Ron spent a significant amount of time studying, verifying and proving the CN2000® product. Several trips were made to the manufacturer to obtain the qualifications and training required to introduce CN2000® to the Canadian market.

From airports to transit systems; from property managers to builders; Ron has been successful in placing CN2000® as specified on a number of significant projects.
Due to the success of Revolutionary Concrete Solutions, the company was sold to Kelso Industrial Group to take the business to the next level of operations.

Peter has extensive experience in consulting engineering, packaged gas, drilling and underground services and real estate development. Specific roles have included project/program management, financial analysis and administration of staff and strategic partnerships.

Additional areas of involvement include the identification and evaluation of accretive operating entities and development opportunities. Peter’s previous executive positions include Partner, Conor Pacific Canada and Vice President, Global Program Management at Aecom.

Peter is an Advisory Board member to both the MaRs Cleantech and George Brown College Innovation Group to provide guidance and assistance to Ontario’s Cleantech startups/innovators and new technologies to develop viable business interests in both domestic and international markets.

An Infrastructure professional and entrepreneur with an extensive background in civil engineering and infrastructure, construction materials and real estate development. Chris’ early experience as a General Manager, Business Developer and Technical Sales & Marketing professional was gained at Lafarge Holcim SA and Heidelberg Cement, two of the world’s largest Cement and Construction materials suppliers and it was there he was exposed to cutting edge concrete and cement science engineering.

Over the past 10 years he has been focused on owning and operating businesses such as Infrastructure Inspection services companies throughout Western Canada. His educational background includes undergraduate degrees in Civil Engineering,(UBC) and Economics/Political Studies ( U of Manitoba) as well as Graduate level business training from Queens University in Kingston , Ontario and Fuqua School of Business , Duke University, Durham , North Carolina.

Regional Sales Manager – Ottawa & Eastern Canada, Kelso Coatings

Lloyd began his career as a Residential and Commercial Building Estimator in Petawawa, Ontario. From there he moved to Product Specialist where he operated with chemical repair products/coatings and their proper mixing and uses. He quickly developed a broad understanding of industry level techniques and requirements for heavy civil bridgework and for concrete form hardware.

In addition, Lloyd has an extensive knowledge of soft media blasting, sandblasting, and floor and road grinding which has earned him much recognition in this industry. He has trained and managed crews for job sites, ensuring and maintaining proper industry safety standards at all times.

Lloyd has a proven record managing customer accounts, increasing revenue through sales and initiating and maintaining professional and positive relationships with current and with new clientele.

As a 25 year veteran in the construction industry, Lloyd brings to the Kelso Industrial Group, tremendous enthusiasm and expertise. He is 100% dedicated to each and every job with a “hands on approach”. He ensures the quality of products and workmanship while meeting ethical concerns for both the customer and the environment.

Matt Olleros

Operations Manager / Health & Safety Officer, Kelso Coatings

Matt Olleros has been in the construction industry since the age of 14. Starting out working with his family’s waterproofing business – Matt was given the opportunity to learn the industries best practices and to improve on them.

After going to college, Matt wanted to do more in the industry. He joined a large drilling and shoring contractor where he began as a laborer and was quickly moved into a management position as he had more to offer. Because of his passion for the safety of others, Matt pursued his Construction Safety Officer designation. He was made Health and Safety Manager and utilized his new skills to improve the company’s safety culture in short order.

Matt’s extensive background and experience in waterproofing and structural repair applications along with his ability to multi task and safely manage multiple large-sized commercial projects is why he leads our daily operations. Matt provides Kelso Coatings with strong management skills he uses to execute successful completion of CN2000 applications, product training and certification, inspections, quality control and assurance, as well as all health and safety requirements. Known for delivering a great quantity of production while maintaining full quality results; Matt is now considered an expert in his field.

Gord has over thirty years’ experience in municipal water and wastewater pipe marketing, installation, inspection and rehabilitation in addition to a dozen years with civil design and specification experience. As an owner and consultant of Pipeline Integrity Technology Associates, Gord thrives on disrupting the inspection and trenchless rehabilitation markets with affordable proven technology and welcomes the opportunity to work with owners. engineers and contractors to enable Kelso Coatings to be one of these disruptive technologies. Larger diameter underground work is his passion.
